Your Questions About Energy Tips

Ken asks…Any tips for boosting energy in the weight room?I lift weights for two hours after school 4-5 days a week. I'm a massive, 14 year old, 6' 1" freshman that is obsessed with being the best at everything and staying fit. I complete my workouts, but I notice I tend not to be so in to it after a while and feel as though I don't have much energy? Any tips for this?
