Robert asks…Is this a healthy weight for my age&height?I have been trying to drop some weight this spring. I weigh 141 pounds, im 5'7 and 16 years old (im a girl.) I was around 150 in march. Is it a good weight, and is it possible that I could lose some more weight? If so, what is a healthy weight I can shoot for?
Here is what I eat, just so you know:
Breakfast-cereal or oatmeal w/fruit & a protein bar.
Lunch-some kind of skinless chicken with salad & low fat cottage cheese,
