Your Questions About Saving Energy In The Summer
John asks…Is there any energy savings with a ceiling fan on only when in the room or left on all the time in the summer?We have central air-conditioning running but also have a ceiling fan running in most rooms. QUESTION do you save any money by running the fans when you are not in the room. I feel cooler with the fan running when I'm in the room however I can not see the advantage of the fan running once I'm out of the room. I know there is a redistribution of air and less layering of air
