Mary asks…Do I have to keep my Windows Home Server running all the time?IS it pointless or foolish to NOT leave your computer on 24//7?? Using Windows Home Server (WHS)? I was thinking of turning the server on just when I wanted to do a backup or leave it on 2-3 days at a time.

This is concerning buying more expensive "green" energy saving hardware.WaysToSaveEnergy answers:If nobody needs to use it, then there's no harm in shutting it off and no real reason to leave it on.Sharon
