You can always put healthy things into foods you normally eat. If your children dislike nutritious food, this works well. However, you can do it for yourself too. Examples of this method would be adding dry milk powder to baked goods and shakes, as well as adding a 1/2 cup of white beans to your cookie, bread or cake recipes. Your picky eaters will eat healthier food while noticing little or no change.
